Katie joined Stackpole & French in 2006 as a litigation paralegal. Katie works closely with the firm’s attorneys, clients, and experts on a variety of litigation matters including evictions, collections, construction litigation, real and personal property disputes, foreclosures, and general civil litigation. Katie also works closely with clients in all areas of estate planning including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, General Durable Powers of Attorneys, and Advance Heath Care Directives, and assists with probate matters such as Estates and Guardianships.

Katie is originally from Rehoboth, Massachusetts. She earned her Legal Executive Assistant Certificate from Katharine Gibbs School in Providence, Rhode Island where she graduated at the top of her class, and earned her Paralegal Certificate from Northeastern University. Katie has over a decade of experience in the legal field working for law firms in Providence, Boston, Burlington, and Stowe. Katie is a member of the Vermont Paralegal Organization and is the Executive Director and Secretary of the John M. Bissell Foundation, Inc. of Stowe, Vermont.
